Digitization Requests
Request materials for streaming video or course reserves
Please review course reserve policies and procedures for information on utilizing this service. Course reserve and streaming video lists should be submitted as early as possible before the start of the semester in which they should be made available.
- Course Reserve/Streaming video request form. (Under “Request Type” select “Library,” then “Course Reserves & Streaming Video.”)
Request items for the collections
The Library welcomes suggestions from the Trinity community regarding additions to our collections, whether they are books, subscriptions, databases, or online media.
*Note: For course reserve items, it is not necessary to submit a purchase request form. Instead, just indicate on the Course Reserve form that the item needs to be purchased.
Requests may also be made for digitization of certain text or image materials for addition to Trinity online collections. Text materials, published or unpublished, must be sourced from Watkinson Library archives. Image materials for teaching or other academic use may be sourced from Watkinson Library, faculty collections, or secondary publication.
